How do I schedule a pick-up?
To schedule a pickup, simply call us at (714) 523-2425, email us at sales@siliconsalvage.com, or fill out the contact form.
What is your service area?
Our primary service areas are Orange County and L.A. with extended service north to Santa Barbara and south to San Diego depending on your specific needs.
How much does it cost for Silicon Salvage to remove my e-waste?
Most commercial pickups are free but there are exceptions depending on your unique situation. We will finalize the specific terms with you at the time of scheduling.
What happens if we make a mistake and toss an unintended item in the bin?
This is what sets us apart! Trust is everything. We will make every effort to return something that was meant to remain at your site. And if it’s an item that is restricted? With more than 35 years in the industry and over 10 years of expertise in identifying ITAR, USML, EAR and other restricted items, as well as precious metals, you can be certain that if we discover such items, we will handle these compliantly. Our operational team will also provide Chain of Custody documentation when required.
Residential and Small Business Drop-Off FAQ:
When and where can I drop off my old electronics?
We make it easy! We are located in Anaheim, on North Dale Ave, just off the 5 Freeway near the 91 interchange. Our address is 1500 N Dale Ave, Anaheim CA 92801 and our regular drop off hours are 8am-3:30pm Monday thru Friday but we are closed 12-1pm daily for lunchtime. Keep in mind, we may be closed for holidays.
What types of e-waste do you accept?
We accept a variety of items! You can find the list here, and also a list of items we do not accept. If you have equipment that is not on the list, feel free to call us at (714) 523-2425.
Will I be paid on the spot?
In most cases, yes. With proper ID, cash is available up to $150 per drop off. Payables above $150 are paid by business check. For large or complex loads that require more time to evaluate, we offer a “sort-and-settle” option which results in payment typically within three business days.
